At Furzeleigh House we offer 2 Self catering accommodation Cottages - perfect for your cottage holidays in Devon.  We are close to Dorset’s Jurassic coast at Lyme Regis and an ideal spot to explore peaceful, rolling countryside or a coastal holiday break.  Your cottage holiday in East Devon will not disappoint and we hope the ‘away from it all’ setting at Furzeleigh makes an ideal way to unwind from the stress of everyday living.  Each of our Devon Holiday Cottages have been equipped to a high standard and we sincerely look forward to welcoming you!

Each of our self catering cottages have been skillfully and thoughtfully converted from the old coach house.  

Facilities include a cosy lounge with T.V. Dvd, etc, well equipped kitchens with elect. Cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave; downstairs shower room, separate bathroom and spacious double and twin bedrooms. The cottages have central heating, electricity included, except dishwasher, electric fires and washer/dryers, which are £1 coin operated.

Furzeleigh House Country Cottages offer exclusive self-catering accommodation for relaxing weekly holidays or that well earned short break.  

Furzeleigh nestles within the centre of a secluded country estate of 37 acres, where wildlife together with many species of bird roam free in undisturbed safety. Pheasants and inquisitive deer wander close by.

The location of the two cottages is ideal - the sea at Lyme Regis is just 3 miles away, and although we are in a countryside position, the market town of Axminster is just a 5 minute drive away.  It was made famous by River Cottage’s Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, whose Canteen & Deli restaurant is located in the town.

We offer 5% discount on 2 consecutive weeks booked in the same cottage.

Our short breaks are for ground floor only ( two people). Three or more nights. Wed to Sat 3 nights or Sat to Wed 4 nights. No short breaks available in high season or Bank Holidays. 

We would like to welcome the disabled but please note, the cottages are not suitable for wheelchairs.
