The Creek is the private home of the Fisher family and is situated in one and a half acres of grounds adjacent to the beach at Ringstead. The garden has direct access to the beach and there are stunning views across the sea to White Nothe in the east, Portland in the south and Weymouth in the west.

The Flat

The holiday flat at The Creek comprises the ground floor of the older part of the house from which it is separated by two internal doors. It is a comfortable cosy flat sleeping 4 in two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a further 2 people on the sofabed in the main room.  It has access to a patio and the large lawned garden from which you can to the beach. 

Bedrooms

There are two comfortable bedrooms, one double with basin and vanity unit and one twin. Each room is comfortably furnished with built in wardrobes providing ample storage. Both these rooms face south looking out over the garden and across the sea to Portland. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by a sofa bed in the sitting room and a full sized couch/bed in the corridor if required.

Sitting Room 

The charming sitting room with its Purbeck stone fireplace also faces south with direct sea views. It has a dining alcove and is furnished with comfortable chairs and a sofa bed to provide further sleeping accommodation. There is also a bay window with a door to the patio, garden and beach.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen is on the north side of the flat, facing the National Trust farmland and chalk hills behind. Although quite compact it has a modern electric cooker with ceramic hob, small fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a stainless steel sink unit, electric whisk, slow cooker - in fact everything you might require (not forgetting the garlic press!). There is a drop down breakfast bar with stools from which the children can look out of the stable type entrance door while they eat.

Bathroom

There is a modern bathroom suite with a fixed shower over the bath. Additionally there is a separate toilet.

Laundry

A laundry room with automatic washing machine and a spin drier is available for you to use. There is a rotary washing line in the garden, and an iron and board provided in the flat.

Amenities

The rent includes the cost of heating, hot water and all electricity.  Duvets, pillows and/or blankets are available. Linen can be provided (at an extra charge) if you prefer not to bring your own.

Swimming Pool

A swimming pool, heated when conditions allow, is also available for you to use. It is adjacent to the private accomodation so tenants are asked to observe certain guidelines when using it.
