Yellowstones Beach House is a unique, boutique, large self catering house that sleeps 16 – 24 people, located on a beautiful cliff top in Bournemouth offering fabulous sea views of 7 miles of golden beaches. The beach house is less than a five minute stroll from all the local attractions of Bournemouth. It is the ideal venue for family holidays, get togethers and special occasions – whether they be short breaks or longer holidays.  The house is large and spacious, spread over four floors and has been carefully designed to provide comfort in a tasteful, yet relaxed environment. This design creates a relaxed ambience making it the perfect location for a holiday retreat.

Stay at Yellowstones, and you will also have access to the Marriot Hotel’s health and pampering facilities next door for a fraction of the price of their normal rates. We have 6 passes which can be purchased for an additional £100 and can be used unlimited throughout your stay.

To add a special memory to your stay, why not try your hand at surfing- what better place to  experience it than the award-winning Bournemouth beach?!  We offer 2 hr group surf lessons at an additional cost of £20 per person with all kit provided.  Please mention in your booking enquiry if you would like more details!

Accommodation

You are welcomed to Yellowstones by a large entrance hall with original wood flooring and a large winding staircase. Yellowstones has a large lounge with a cinema projector with an extensive DVD library, a large and bright kitchen / breakfast room, and a dining room.  The lounge and dining room have plenty of relaxation space – enough to seat up to 24 people.

We have 8 large bedrooms and 7 internal bathrooms plus a separate toilet and sink, and an outside shower and toilet – ideal for hot summer days. Several of the bedrooms have glorious sea views overlooking the Isle of Wight, and Bournemouth and Boscombe’s beaches and piers.

Please note that this cottage is not graded by the English Tourist Board but has been given an equivalent rating of 5 stars.
