Ground level accommodation, with full gas central heating and high thermal specification. Open-plan living, dining and kitchen have views across the patio and fields. Good quality soft furnishings compliment the leather dining chairs and reclining sofas. Digital TV with Freeserve, DVD, radio, cd, cassette player, books, games and family DVD’s to enjoy.

The well equipped fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer /dryer, microwave, fridge with ice-box and worktop appliances.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen size double bed that can convert to full twin beds if required. Fitted wardrobes and quality furnishings. Digital TV with Freeserve. A door leads to the en-suite with step in shower, wc and hand-basin.

Bedroom 2 is a large room with twin beds plus an extra full single bed for a third person if required, subject to a small supplement. Fitted wardrobes and quality furnishings. Digital TV with Freeserve.

A separate family bathroom provides a bath with shower over, hand-basin and wc.

Beds are freshly made for your arrival using good quality linen, seasonal weighted duvets and pretty spreads. Linen, towels and hand-soap are all included.

Equipment for an infant includes a large travel cot for use with your own nursery bedding and a highchair.
