Stunning, direct, panoramic views across the harbour from Sandbanks to Poole Quay. This modern 2 bedroomed designer house was newly refurbished by the current owner in 2007. A Dining table with chairs for 6 is in the Dining Area. The balcony is 21ft long by 5ft wide. Glass fronted with a stainless steel handrail it is floored with hardwood decking. A Cafe style dining set comprising a table and 6 chairs is set up here. The view encompasses a 180° southerly panorama over Poole Harbour from Sandbanks to Poole Quay. There is a secure lockable gate leading from the patio to the shoreline some 70 metres distant. Free parking is available for one car in our allocated parking space and there are several free visitor parking spaces nearby. The parking meter in the photos relates to controlled parking in Labrador Drive only.
