The Tank Museum houses one of the largest and finest collections of armoured fighting vehicles from the first world war to the British Challenger – the latest British Army tank.  Within the museum are around 200 vehicles in 6 large halls and gives the visitor a unique insight into the history and development of these incredible machines.  The Tank Museum hosts a number of special events including Tank Museum Experience Day, where you can ride and learn how to drive some of the vehicles, and Tankfest which boasts the world’s best display of moving armour.  At the museum is a restaurant, picnic area, play park and gift shop.

Bridport Museum tells the story of the town's history from its origins to the present day with notable displays on artefacts from a nearby Roman hill-fort and the world famous rope and net making industries.  As well as the permanent displays there is a programme of temporary exhibitions. Photographs, costume, lace, dolls, numismatics, and fine art are among the collections held. The Local History Collection contains a wide range of materials for people researching their local or family history.

The Fleet Air Arm Museum represents the flying arm of the Royal Navy with four museums reflecting the fact that the Royal Navy operates on the sea, under the sea, on the land and in the air.  With four exhibition halls, over ninety aircraft and over 2 million records and 30 thousand artefacts the Museum is the world's second largest naval aviation Museum.

The Haynes Motor museum is the UK's largest exhibition of the greatest cars from around the world with over 400 amazing cars and bikes.  The collection includes nostalgic classics of the 1950s and 1960s, glorious Bentleys and Rolls Royces and the incredible 'Red Room' displaying around 50 beautiful red sports cars from around the world.  At the museum is a restaurant, gift shop and a kids adventure play area.
